Trustee's Statement - Winding-Up Petition Hearing Concerning the Charity

Eldonian Community Trust Limited (the “Charity”) is presently the subject of winding-up proceedings in the High Court of Justice, Manchester Business and Property Court. The matter has been listed for hearing on Tuesday, 14 October 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
At that hearing, the Charity will be represented in person by Mr Daniel Crowley of 2 Temple Gardens, London.
For the avoidance of doubt, no determination has yet been made by the Court. The Trustees will convene a residents’ update meeting following judgment to provide accurate information as to the outcome.
