Board Induction & Training Policy:

Conflicts of Interest Policy:

Financial Controls and Management Policy:

Fundraising & Donations Policy:

Lone Working Policy

Misappropriated Assets Policy

Explains how allegations or suspicions of misuse of charity property or funds are reported, investigated, and addressed.

Photography & Media Consent Policy:

Outlines consent requirements and procedures for taking, using, and storing images and video, particularly of children and vulnerable people.

Safeguarding Policy:

Sets out the charity’s approach to protecting children and vulnerable adults from harm, abuse, or exploitation across all activities.

Trip & Outing Policy:

Details the planning, risk assessment, supervision, and safeguarding measures required for any organised trips or external activities.

Trustee Code of Conduct Policy:

Establishes the standards of behaviour, responsibilities, and ethical conduct expected of all charity trustees.

Volunteers Policy:

Explains the recruitment, support, rights, and responsibilities of volunteers, and how they contribute safely and effectively to the charity's mission.

Whistleblowing Policy:

Provides a secure and confidential process for reporting serious concerns about wrongdoing within the organisation without fear of retaliation.
