A positive outcome for Eldonian Community Trust as the Court dismisses in full an application by Shaun Smith Enterprises Limited to reinstate their £25,500 claim. This brings the matter to a close and allows the charity to move forward with confidence. Trustees thank Daniel Crowley and Paul Curry for their support and look ahead with renewed optimism.
