Trustees’ Statement Concerning the Eldonian Village Hall

Dear Residents,

We are aware that the Eldonian Community Based Housing Association (ECBHA) has stated its intention to obtain vacant possession of the Eldonian Village Hall on 15 November 2025 from Eldonian Leisure Ltd, which was formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of the Charity.

The Eldonian Community Trust is in active communication with the Regulator of Social Housing, the Charity Commission, and Liverpool City Council regarding this matter. We are seeking to ensure that the position is fully understood and that the community’s charitable interests are properly protected.
